NSSLHA
The National Student Speech Language and Hearing Association
Mission Statement:
The mission of the National Student Speech Language and
Hearing Association (NSSLHA) is to benefit its members
by continually improving its support, promotion, and
advocacy of the highest quality preparation of professionals
in audiology, speech language pathology, and speech
and hearing science.
What is NSSLHA?
The National Student Speech Language and Hearing Association
is an organization of undergraduate, post baccalaureate,
and graduate students who are interested in communication
and communication disorders. There are 258 NSSLHA chapters.
Students at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences
Center who are interested in Communication Sciences
and Disorders (CSD) can join the OUHSC chapter of NSSLHA.
Members are welcomed to attend local and national conventions,
organized social events, and expand their knowledge
of communication disorders.
