Knee Straightening
Sit up straight
at the edge of your chair.
You can do
this exercise with or without ankle weights.
Slowly straighten
your right leg, kicking your foot out in front of you.
Slowly bring
your leg back to the ground.
Repeat the
exercise with your left leg.
Repeat 8-15
times on each leg. Rest. Repeat.
