Marching in Place

Stand at a sturdy surface or sit up straight at the edge of your chair.

You can do this exercise with or without ankle weights and while you are sitting or standing.

Slowly lift your right knee toward the ceiling, and then slowly lower it to the ground.

Follow with your left knee, so that you are slowly marching in place.

Repeat 8-15 times with each leg. Rest. Repeat.
