can I do about Incontinence?
- Incontinence
is not a normal part of aging. There are treatments available!
- It is
important to discuss your incontinence with a health professional who
can help you identify what is causing your incontinence, and the best
way to treat it.
- Types
of treatment available include medication, physical therapy to help
strengthen the weak muscles, and surgery to reposition the bladder.
- There
are also certain bladder fitness tips that can help you achieve good
bladder health.
