Building Support

The building is currently under construction in a prominent location on Stonewall Avenue, immediately north of the College of Pharmacy building and near the Robert M. Bird Health Sciences Library, and the David L. Boren Student Union. 

Scheduled for completion in late February 2009, the building blends traditional beauty with technological capabilities giving students an outstanding environment in which to learn and study.  The building’s beauty will be enhanced by surrounding garden areas, fountains, the Thelma Gaylord Clock Tower, and other beautiful landscaped spaces that have transformed The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center campus. 

Naming opportunities are available and range from $2,500 to $8 million.

There will be benches and pavers located on the north and south sides under the colonnades.  Surrounding the building with views of the entire HSC Campus, these areas are a perfect spot for our students to relax and study outside during the pleasant Oklahoma days.  With shady spaces to sit and visit, this enclosed space promises to be a favorite gathering spot for game day weekends and other campus events.  These areas show off the pride and involvement of the OUHSC College of Allied Health alumni community. With a $250 gift, bricks can be engraved with names of alumni and their loved ones.
