Let’s Talk Ethics: Moral Reasoning as a Component of Clinical Decision-Making

This interactive workshop will provide an opportunity to explore such select contemporary ethical issues as the role of morals in ethical decision-making, the therapist’s role as a safety net provider, and abandonment. Reflection and dialogue about sample therapy cases within the framework of our professions’ core documents encompassing fundamental ethical principles and realistic practical constraints will occur. Participants will explore strategies to use when confronted with an ethical dilemma.
Location: OU Oklahoma City Allied Health Building room to be determined. Check web site for updates. This course will not be broadcast.
Cost: $80. ($100 if registering within two weeks of course date.)
