• The camera can accommodate up to 10 connections simultaneously.
  
  
• There is a 3 minute timeout (the connection will be disconnected in 3 minutes) to allow other users to view the camera.
  
  
• The first time you attempt to view the camera you will see a yellow bar appear near the top of your screen. Right-click on the bar and install the ActiveX control. An installation window will appear. Click on the install button. After a few seconds you will see the camera image. This is a one-time process so you won't have to install the ActiveX control each time you visit the site.
  
  
• If there are already 10 users viewing the camera, you will see a blank screen. Try again in a few minutes.
