OUMC Clinical Background Check

All students must have a background check completed as part of the clinical education. This IS different than the OSBI Background Check. This must be completed prior to any clinical rotation or you WILL NOT be allowed in the clinical setting. The background check is completed online. Go to the following website at www.gp1.com/students; on the first page, select "Oklahoma", "OU Medical Center," and your profession. The instructions should guide you through the process, but here are instructions in case you need them. Group One Online Instructions

OUHSC Drug Screening

Drug screening(s) are required of all students attending a clinical rotation setting.
The CRG Drug Test Document below contains the instructions and lab locations for the test you will need to complete the required clinical rotation drug test. The drug test must be completed prior to beginning classes. The below documents consist of an authorization form, instructions, and lab locations. Please follow the instructions on the form to prepare for the drug test. Complete the authorization form and submit it with the $45 fee to the laboratory when you go in for your drug test. There are two locations available in Oklahoma City and two locations available in Tulsa to take the test. Appointments are not accepted.  Students will be seen on a walk-in basis.
