Complete your HIPAA On-Line Training |
Complete Your Environmental Health & Safety On-Line Training You must enable your OUHSC computer account and have your OUHSC Username and Password to complete on-line training. Training is to be completed by September 4, 2009! Submit your certificate of completion to the Office of Academic & Student Services (OKC or Tulsa) |

The following items must be completed prior to the beginning of classes if you start in the summer and prior to orientation if you start classes in the fall. OneCard ID Parking OKC Students: Register online at http://oupts.ouhsc.edu/. Tulsa Students: Student Composite Photo Students in the following programs must take composite photographs: Student composite photographs can be taken at the following locations: OUMC Clinical Background Check All students must have a background check completed as part of the clinical education. Only one background check will need to be completed while you are a consecutive student at the College of Allied Health. If you are currently employed at OUMC you may not have to receive a second background check, contact the Human Resources office to confirm this: (405) 271-6035. This IS different than the OSBI Background Check. This must be completed prior to any clinical rotation or you WILL NOT be allowed in the clinical setting. The background check is completed online. Go to the following website at www.gp1.com/students; on the first page, select "Oklahoma", "OU Medical Center," and your profession. The instructions should guide you through the process, but here are instructions in case you need them. Group One Online Instructions OUHSC Drug Screening Drug screening(s) are required of all students attending a clinical rotation setting. |
