The Department of Nutritional Sciences offers educational
pathways that lead to exciting careers in Nutrition
and Dietetics. We have three programs accredited by
the American Dietetic Association's Commission on Dietetic
Accreditation. Graduates of these programs will be
prepared for a variety of positions as nutrition experts.
Most graduates become registered dietitians working
in healthcare and community settings.
The mission of the Department of Nutritional Sciences is to provide the best possible educational experience for our students through excellence in teaching, research, and creative activities and provide service to the university, state and society.

Sarah Judkins, Nutritional Sciences MA student, is conducting a series of Brown Bag Lunch Sessions for Healthy Sooners. The topic is Eating Healthy for Life; it will be every Thursday, September 4th - October 23rd at the University Health Club on the 2nd floor from 12pm to 12:30pm.
