American Dietetic Association Peer Network for Nutrition Diagnosis (PNND) – selected as one of 18 dietitians from a nation-wide pool of over 195 applicants to participate in the initial network

American Dietetic Association Dietetics Based Practice Research Network – elected chair of the research advisory committee and was a participant in the Indirect Calorimetry study

American Dietetic Association Medical Nutrition Therapy Evidence-Based Guides for Practice- Lead evidence analyst: review scientific journal articles to answer specific questions about best practices; currently serving on critical care review team.

  • Nutrition Counseling Clinic: provide medical nutrition therapy and nutrition counseling to individuals by physician referral. Earned Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management (2003); Certificate of Training in Childhood and Adolescent Weight Management (2004).
  • Expert witness: examined nutritional care plan in long-term care facility for law firm in Arkansas.
  • Licensed to practice dietetics in Oklahoma and Arkansas. Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the American Dietetic Association since 1977.
