  • Nutrition Counseling Clinic: provide medical nutrition therapy and nutrition counseling to individuals by physician referral. Earned Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management (2003); Certificate of Training in Childhood and Adolescent Weight Management (2004).
  • Expert witness: examined nutritional care plan in long-term care facility for law firm in Arkansas.
  • Licensed to practice dietetics in Oklahoma and Arkansas. Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the American Dietetic Association since 1977.
