Department of Nutritional Sciences:
RESEARCH
The Department of Nutritional Sciences
is engaged in a variety of research projects in the department
and in other Colleges at OU. Research projects cover
a wide range of areas such as obesity, maternal and child
health, the use of technology in teaching, and nutrition
education in public schools. Graduate students that are
looking for a research opportunity should discuss their
interests with the Graduate Program Director or the faculty
member conducting the research.
