Research Interest

  • The process of Occupational Adaptation related to occupational performance during times of transition.
  • Study of personal narratives of life, health, illness, and effects on performance of everyday activities.
  • Study of Occupational Adaptation in the reentry of ex-offenders to communities.

Clinical Expertise

  • Practice expertise in community-based mental health
  • Practice experience includes acute care physical disabilities and mental health; home health; public school systems; facility consultation in developmental disabilities and mental health; work in private, state, & federal institutions and community settings
