of $698,650. Serves as Program Director.
The program provides training and technical
assistance for teachers, support staff,
and related service providers to increase
the knowledge of school personnel in the
provision of assistive technology services
to students with disabilities and assist
Oklahoma public schools in meeting the
assistive technology requirements of IDEA.
Oklahoma State Department of Human Services, Developmental Disabilities Services Division, July 1, 2008 – June 30, 2009 for a total of $231,032. The project assists DHS/DDSD in the development, review, dissemination, coordination, and evaluation of policies and guidelines for provision of occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech-language pathology services, therapeutic equipment, and assistive technology services and devices for Oklahomans with developmental disabilities.
Oklahoma State Department of Health, Assistive Technology Services, July 1, 2008 – June 30, 2009 for a total of $5,500. Serves as clinic manager and provides oversight of contractual assistive technology services provided for consumers in Oklahoma’s SoonerStart early intervention program on a fee-for-service basis.
Oklahoma Health Care Authority, July 1, 2008 – July 1, 2009. Serves as consultant for Oklahoma Health Care Authority providing professional consultation relating to physical therapy, occupational therapy and durable medical equipment (DME) as requested.
