of $449,692. Serves as Program Director.
The program provides training and technical
assistance for teachers, support staff,
and related service providers to increase
the knowledge of school personnel in the
provision of assistive technology services
to students with disabilities and assist
Oklahoma public schools in meeting the
assistive technology requirements of IDEA.
Oklahoma Department of Human Services, Developmental
Disabilities Services Division, Oversight & evaluation
of therapeutic services, July 1, 2004 – June
30, 2005 for a total of $58, 304. Serves as
Program Consultant. This contract assists DHS/DDSD
in the development, review, dissemination,
coordination, and evaluation of policies/guidelines
for provision of occupational therapy, physical
therapy, and speech-language pathology services,
vocational services, therapeutic equipment,
and assistive technology services and devices
for Oklahomans with developmental disabilities.
Oklahoma Department of Rehabilitation Services,
Assistive Technology and Support Services,
July 1, 2004 – June 30, 2005 for a total
of $20,000. Serves as clinic manager and provides
oversight of contractual assistive technology
services provided for DRS consumers on a fee-for-service
basis.
Oklahoma State Department of Health, Assistive

30, 2005 for a total of $39,000. Serves as
clinic manager and provides oversight of contractual
assistive technology services provided for
consumers in Oklahoma’s SoonerStart early
