Reliability
Instructions:
1.
Read items in the Partial SOM Survey for each student below
2. View the corresponding student video (includes audio)
3. Complete the Partial SOM Survey
4.
You will
do this for all 3 students
5. Once you complete these Partial SOM Surveys we will email
you verifying your reliability on this tool.
6. Once you have received verification of reliability you can
complete the full SOM Survey on the 3 children from your caseload.
We can not use your SOM Survey data or send your $40 gift card
until you complete the reliability videos.
